・紅鮭氷頭なます
・山辺葉ワサビの焼きおにぎり
・黒紫米(古代米)おにぎり(西表島大浜農園)
・山形冬の味噌汁 納豆汁

Yamakichi Set

・Simmered dried Hyo greens or simmered bracken fern
　Photo shows the bracken fern
　(“Hyo” sounds like “maybe,” wishing good things may happen)
・Simmered turban shell and daikon radish
・Seasonal tempura (Hiden beans, herring roe, etc.)
・Sprouted hijiki seaweed salad
・Vinegared salmon cartilage (Hizu Namasu)
・Grilled rice ball with Yamanobe leaf wasabi
・Black & purple ancient rice ball

・Yamagata winter miso soup — Natto-jiru
